A modular machine design combined with a personalised machine configuration. Here you can configure your semi-automatic Jorns long length folder, with lengths of 3.2 to 12.2 metres and a bending capacity for sheet metal up to 3 mm.

Each Jorns long length folder comes with top-class basic equipment: The well-thought-out, robust machine construction is set up for the rigours of long-term operation, while the tool geometry offers above-average open space in front of and behind the clamping tool. In addition, the stop fingers can be moved freely on the sides and guarantee maximum precision and flexibility for bending parallel, tapered or overlapped profiles. Furthermore, a sophisticated safety system ensures the highest levels of safety for your operators at all times without restricting their everyday work on the machine.

Your wish is our command. Whether machine capacity, control system, back stop system, shear type, hydraulic system, software or other useful options – you can define the configuration of your long length folder according to your own personal requirements. This includes Dynamic Positioning (DP). Thanks to this innovation, it is possible to manufacture bending profiles with a particularly high degree of angular accuracy and parallelism. With our high-end measuring and control technology, it is now possible to position the upper clamping tool to the lower clamping tool in parallel or pre-tensioned.
